Sunday, May 29th, 2011

On Saturday we had the wonderful Damien Chambers from the Stage door promotions team bring members of the cast of “HAIRSPRAY!” the musical to teach a free workshop at Lee Academy! – It was a truly excellent day & all the students had a GREAT time!
A massive thank you to Stage door promotions for the 2 x family passes to the show to give as prizes on the day!
The cast members chose JOE MIDDLETON as the best boy, & JANAE PARKER as the best girl in the workshop & they both happily accepted the prize of 4 free tickets to see Hairspray the musical in Sydney!
Parents loved watching the workshop & it was SO FUN as all the students sung & danced the morning away in our beautiful studios at Tuggerah.
Thank you to the wonderful cast members: Heath Keating, Hayley Martin, Briden-Starr Aspinall & Mitchell Hicks who were excellent teachers & performed a small part of the show for us all!
It was also wonderful to have some of our friends from other dance studios too to share in the super fun day!

Have a look at the AWESOME day we had at Lee Academy!:
