Wednesday, July 22nd, 2009 I went & had a play & visited the kids yesterday who are at our studios with Miss Emma, Miss Alyssa & Miss Haylie having a great time.
I was surprised to see so many of our little ones there & lots of non-dancing friends too.
For those of you that don’t know about it, every holidays we run activities for all the kids on the coast so keep an eye out on our website for info about the one we will run next holidays too

Wednesday, July 22nd, 2009Our wonderful Senior Advanced Dancer Danni placed 2nd in Open Lyrical/Contemporary at Lake Macquarie Dance Festival with her new routine choreographed by special guest choreographer Sher Roberts (who choreographs masterpieces & is sought after all over the world).
Congratulations Danni & thank you Sher for the beautiful routine that Danni performed.

Tuesday, July 14th, 2009A huge congratulations to one of our long-time students, Haley Sewell = Haley has just been accepted into NIDA & will start there in Term 3, coupled with her on-going dance, acrobatic & vocal training at Lee Academy Haley is going to have a very busy & exciting rest of the year! Danni Staunton 1ST : 6/u jazz solo @ Lake Macquarie Dance Festival: great work Danni – only her 2nd ever time on stage, congrats Miss sarah Kane
Emma G & Khloe both placed HC in this one too! – Well done girls
Miki Larkin also placed again with a HC in her jazz section @ Lake Macquarie Dance Festival.
Tahya Anthes HC in Jazz solo too!
Big congratulations to Amber Whant for her 1ST place at Coastquest in the contemporary & well done to her teacher Miss Danni.

Our girl Abbee S has won 1st place for her Song & Dance (open), Holly E: 2nd for her Contemporary (open),3rd for her new Jazz (open), Maddi W: 1st for her new contemporary (open), & our man Keanu 2nd place for his lyrical solo!
