Something little known about Lee Academy is that we have a huge & highly successful Classical Ballet Department! The fact that we hold regular, annual examinations in Classical Ballet with Ballet Australasia Ltd. & The National Dancing Association is an indication of how seriously we take our pupils getting an excellent education in this field. |

Lee Academy offers Classical Ballet to absolute beginners of all ages (3yrs - Adults) & examination level dancers from Beginner through to Senior Grades (incuding pointe work). |
INTERESTING FACT: Lee Academy won the National Senior Honour Points Award in 2006! (We've won the Junior one lots of times too!). |
WHAT IS CLASSICAL BALLET? - Ballet is the basis of all dance. Provides a sound grounding in ballet positions & basic to advanced classical ballet movement. Ballet training is essential for the aspiring professional. Increases body awareness, improves posture, muscle tone, flexibility & musicality. Suitable for all ages & levels of ability. Lee
